MCP 1.0
privacy: local-first
python ≥ 3.11
license: MIT
v0.1 · sentinel
An MCP server that turns your AI assistant (Claude, Cursor, Windsurf) into a private radar for remote AI / Infra roles — sourced directly from 100 company career sites and public ATS APIs. No account. No signup. No résumé upload. Ever.
Quickstart — 30 seconds
# Claude Code / Claude Desktop
$ claude mcp add openhire
# or any MCP client (Cursor, Windsurf, Cline)
$ pip install openhire && ohp serve
What it does
watch_intent
Register a standing intent once — new matching jobs ping you minutes after they go live on the employer's site. Close the terminal; it keeps watching.
fingerprint
Optional: scans your personal repos locally and derives a skill fingerprint. You never write a résumé. Only an anonymous vector leaves your machine.
apply (authorized)
One explicit confirmation per job. The application goes through the employer's own official channel, under your identity — never a platform mailbox.
search_jobs
Every result carries a verified_at timestamp from the employer's site; stale posts auto-decay.
Privacy model
Résumé / PII upload
never — matching runs locally
What the server sees
one anonymous fingerprint + hard filters
Repo scan
local-only · personal projects · explicit consent · opt-out anytime
Job sources
first-party only: employer career pages + public ATS APIs (Greenhouse / Lever / Ashby)
Roadmap
v0.2CN ATS adapters (Beisen / Moka) · ghost_score public beta
v0.3Employer claim + verified badges · response-SLA enforcement (7-day auto-delist)
v1.0Open schema extension for AI-readable job postings (donated, vendor-neutral)
Three rules this project will never break: your résumé stays on your machine · ranking is not for sale · employers pay only for outcomes.
